GENERAL WORKER (BULKWATER)

Job Purpose: Performs labouring activities associated with providing support during the installation, repair and maintenance of water reticulation systems.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan and schedule activities, identify and organise resources. 2. Receive the job card from the supervisor and monitoring the loading of required equipment and materials. 3. Perform manual labour and support task to help operate, clean and maintain of water bulk water systems. 4. Trouble shooting and problem-solving plant breakdowns, deviations and disruption in service through investigations or analysis of results and operating conditions and, implementing corrective measures and or prioritizing specific repairs, disconnections

Role Requirements: Basic Literacy; 0 -1 years’ experience required.


Competencies: Oral Communication; Workplace Safety
